We want you to love your Fio product. You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details on return eligibility and instructions.

We want you to love your Fio bottle—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
     
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
     
  • The item must have been purchased directly from https://www.drinkfio.com.
     

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (unless due to manufacturer defect)
     
  • Items marked as final sale
     
  • Gift cards
     

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@drinkfio.com with your order number and reason for return.
     
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
     
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable service.
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.)
     

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drinkfio.com with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
     
  2. Contact your bank or card provider—it may take time before the refund officially posts.
     
  3. Still no luck? Email us at support@drinkfio.com and we’ll help track it down.
